You will like this:

• You are a member of the management team and further develop the corporate strategy together with your team
• You lead two departments with a total of around 10 committed employees – with competence, clarity, and enthusiasm
• You are responsible for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure high quality and smooth processes
• You support internal and external audit and control committees and are the central contact person for all audit matters.
• You ensure compliance with internal guidelines and requirements, thereby strengthening governance and compliance
• You are our interface to the parent company in Hamburg when it comes to finance and merchandise control
• You implement pricing and quantity distribution at the various sales levels

You convince us with:

• Your solid education and training in finance or business administration
• Your several years of experience in a senior financial role in a medium-sized company (CFO, Head of Finance, or similar)
• Your in-depth knowledge in finance, controlling, and supply chain management – you never lose the overview
• Your proven experience in developing and implementing financial strategies – you don’t just plan, you make it happen
• Your modern and inspiring leadership skills – you lead clearly, appreciatively, and strengthen your team in its development
• Your pronounced curiosity and openness to new ways of working, trends, and changes – you ask questions, think ahead, and actively develop topics further
• Your strong affinity for digitalization as well as confident handling of modern technologies and digital tools, which you use specifically for process optimization and data-based decisions
