- caring for and supporting seriously ill and dying people in a palliative phase of life
- clarifying needs together with clients and relatives from different sociocultural backgrounds
- working interprofessionally with general practitioners, the palliative bridge service, and other specialist agencies
- accompanying and supporting employees in palliative assignments
- contributing palliative expertise and experience
- co-responsible for evidence-based nursing quality
- providing on-call service for nursing emergencies
- supporting other team colleagues

Every 40th resident of Chur is a client of ours. We are active daily with 400 clients. With around 170 employees, we are the largest Spitex organization in the canton of Graubünden and provide nursing and care services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar environment despite age- or illness-related limitations.
