- Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in working primarily on PC.
- Fluent in German and good French communication skills.

About the job
What you achieve:
- Processing, triage, and classification of trust medical mail
- Electronic pre- and post-processing of medical files for submission to the trust doctors
- Independent assessment of simple cases and giving recommendations according to internal guidelines
- Collaboration with internal interfaces, specialist departments, and decentralized teams
- Monitoring and compliance with data protection and legally compliant archiving of medical records
