About the job
Your tasks- Independently managing the pizza station in the Heid Stübli restaurant
- Baking pizzas for the à la carte service (2 shifts for 120 people each) and take away
- Working in an open pizza station with a stone oven
- Dough preparation according to recipe and mise en place for the entire station
- Assisting in the kitchen
- Adhering to HACCP regulations
- Contributing to menu design with the head chef
- Ordering for your own station with ideal inventory management
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook or at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Joy in cooking and trying something new
- Structured and organized working style
- Cheerful, natural, and confident demeanor
- German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Reliability and resilience
- Motivation to develop yourself and our business further
