For our outdoor gastronomy at the wellness spa, we are looking for an extroverted, warm-hearted, and service-oriented personality from May 18 to September 13, 2026, who not only enjoys being there for guests but also wants to take responsibility for an entire area.

During the summer months, you will be responsible together with us for our outdoor bar on the terrace, the service in the Beachclub Limmat-Breeze, as well as the care of our guests on the reserved daybeds. You are not just part of the operation; you actively shape this area, bring in your own ideas, and design the guest experience with a lot of freedom, personal responsibility, and personality.

You love direct guest contact, think ahead, act independently, and want a workplace where you have plenty of room to shape your work and working style. Then you fit perfectly with us.

This is what your workday could look like

You start your workday with a tour of your outdoor area and get an overview of the terrace, the Beachclub Limmat-Breeze, and the reserved daybeds. You prepare the stations, ensure a coherent appearance, and make sure everything is ready for a successful summer day.

During the day, you take care of our guests at the outdoor bar, in the Limmat-Breeze, and on the daybeds with charm, presence, and a good sense of their wishes. You actively recommend the offerings, ensure attentive service, and create a relaxed, high-quality atmosphere with your manner.

In between, you contribute your ideas, optimize processes, think along, and independently shape your area. This is exactly what makes this role special: You do not just work in service, but take responsibility for your area and have great freedom in designing your workplace and your working style.

You should bring the following

• Experience in service or gastronomy is an advantage
• You work independently, reliably, and like to take responsibility
• You enjoy organizing and shaping an area independently
• You are flexible and willing to work mainly from Wednesday to Sunday
• Good German skills are important; additional languages are a plus
• You have a good sense for sales, quality, and guest needs
