Your Tasks
- You take responsibility for the professional care, support, and advice of our clients at home, including involving their relatives
- You participate in the case management concept and share responsibility for the care process
- You provide care according to the principles of Kinaesthetics
- You classify nursing diagnostics based on NANDA
- You maintain a supportive interdisciplinary collaboration within the team as well as with the doctors
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist
- Mindfulness, commitment, and empathy for our clients
- Flexibility in work organization
- Driver's license and good driving skills
