This position offers you
- You take over the management of the service team at the Pratteln location. With around 15 employees, you shape a strong, ambitious team. You plan proactively, develop talents early, and coach your team as an inspiring mentor – especially when things get complex
- With a clear focus on the essentials, you define the quantitative and qualitative goals of the center, implement strategic initiatives powerfully, and continuously drive process optimizations. Your compass? The needs of our customers – and the commitment to get a little better every day
- You live your joy of working with people and strengthen close collaboration with our internal sales organization as well as our trading partners. Through your efforts, you elevate the service quality to a new level and create real, tangible added value
- With a high degree of autonomy, you ensure efficient spare parts management and make sure that center and vehicle inventories run smoothly, reliably, and on time. You think along – and always one step ahead
You bring the following for the position
- You have completed basic training in the (electro-)technical field and ideally have commercial or business management further education. In short: You understand the technology – and the business behind it
- As an inspiring leader, you know exactly how to accompany, strengthen, and further develop people at different levels. You lead with clarity, courage, and genuine interest
- Your positive charisma, your fine sense for people, and your confident negotiation skills make you a strong partner for any collaboration
