For our location in Dagmersellen (LU), we are currently seeking, due to a retirement, an Industrial Mechanic Workshop (m/f/d) for our Healthcare workshop.
This is where you are in your element
- In our workshop at the Dagmersellen site, you independently carry out repair, overhaul, and maintenance work on compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other technical systems
- You perform professional tasks in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics and are responsible for the assembly, disassembly, testing, and repair of valves, filling adapters, and assemblies
- Your responsibilities include the overhaul, repair, and repeat testing of gas cylinder bundles and cryogenic vessels
- You conduct safety valve tests including documentation and take on the maintenance, calibration, and testing of measuring and testing equipment such as pressure gauges, torque wrenches, and content indicators
- You perform preventive maintenance and servicing on systems, devices, and equipment and ensure operational safety and availability of our systems through regular inspection rounds
- Furthermore, you support repair, maintenance, and servicing work at external plant locations as well as on gas tank vehicles
- You participate in the construction, optimisation, and further development of prototypes and special designs
- In addition, you contribute to digitalisation and automation projects and support the company’s further development within the framework of digital transformation
The formula for your success
- You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ, plant and apparatus builder EFZ, or a comparable technical qualification
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in maintenance, workshop, or mechanical and plant engineering
- You have sound knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, as well as experience in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of technical systems and equipment
- Welding tests (e.g. TIG/MAG) as well as visual inspections VT1 and VT2 are advantageous, or you are willing to acquire the relevant qualifications through us
- You are open to new challenges and want to actively contribute to the success of our company’s digital transformation
