• Execution of supporting welding supervision according to EN 15085-2 and ISO 3834-2
• Ensuring the quality of internal welding production in the aluminum sector (CL 1)
• Creation and monitoring of compliance with welding planning documents, work, and inspection instructions
• Support in the internal training of welders, operators, and NDT personnel
• Welding approval of drawings and review of designs
• Conducting audits and first article inspections domestically and abroad

• Completed studies (mechanical engineering, materials science, or similar) including additional training as IWE/EWE mandatory
• Ideally experience in a comparable role in the aluminum sector (preferably plant construction)
• Communicative, independent, and proactive personality who works solution-oriented
• Willingness to travel for plant and supplier visits (approx. 10-20%) and good English skills associated with this
