Production Management Sawmill (m/f)

personality as Production Manager Sawmill, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Operation and maintenance of the band saw, trimming machine, and drying system:
Responsibility for the efficient and precise cutting of round wood as well as monitoring and controlling the drying processes
Organization and coordination of production processes: planning and controlling the
material flow within the sawmill for a smooth and efficient production
General maintenance and repair work: carrying out maintenance work on the
machines and equipment in the sawmill to ensure their operational readiness
Active participation in renewals and restructuring
Your requirements
Apprenticeship as a wood industry specialist EFZ or motivation to learn the necessary know-how
Great interest in machine technology
Business thinking and high standards for product quality
Team ability, independence, resilience, and flexibility are your pronounced strengths
You are a doer and ready to take on responsibility.
