Your tasks:
Meet prospective property owners and assess their sales project
Conduct property valuations using banking software and your market expertise
Develop a sales strategy tailored to the client and secure the mandate
Manage buyer inquiries, negotiate offers, and finalize the sale up to the notarial phase with the support of an operational team
Build a trusting relationship with your clients, advise and support them throughout the sales process
Become the reference agent in your region, develop your network, and strengthen your reputation as a real estate expert
Collaborate with our real estate financing experts to offer financing services to buyers
Participate in the development strategy of Neho operations. Become a proactive member of our team as your field experience grows

Job prerequisites
Your profile:
Knowledge of the Neuchâtel region and/or its surroundings
Initial commercial experience and knowledge of the real estate sector are a great asset
Proven experience in a sales environment as well as in client acquisition
Good interpersonal skills and excellent presentation
Sense of responsibility and determination
Autonomy and team spirit, flexibility and availability
Holder of a driving license and vehicle available
Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of English
An affinity for technology and mastery of new IT tools
