- You welcome our patients
- You schedule appointments for outpatient and inpatient patients and coordinate them with other specialist departments
- You answer phones and handle them as well as emails and general correspondence
- You take on general secretarial and scheduling tasks
This is what you bring
- You preferably have a commercial basic education as well as a diploma as a medical secretary, medical practice assistant (MPA), or a comparable qualification with at least two years of experience
- You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and medical terminology
- You are an organizational talent with a proactive, precise, and independent working style
- You act as a team player who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
And this is what we offer you
- The workload is initially 60% to 80%, with a later increase to 80% to 100% possible
