• Support, individual care and promotion of FaGe trainees and HF students
• Design and implementation of learning support and learning times
• Holistic care of patients during learning support
• Implementation of educational concepts in the department
• Co-creating a positive team culture and interdisciplinary collaboration

What You Bring to This Position

• Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or recognised equivalent professional training with experience in an acute hospital, preferably BScN
• Pedagogical training such as SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it
• Medical expertise
• Innovative, cooperative and dynamic personality
• Enjoyment of independent working, combined with high organisational and communication skills
• Team spirit and commitment
• Sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility
