In the canton of Zurich, the Office for Labor operates 16 Regional Employment Centers (RAV). In our RAVs, we offer a comprehensive range of services for job seekers and employers from all industries and professional groups. In addition, we support companies in finding the right employees. Here, at the pulse of the labor market, your commitment and professional knowledge are in demand.

In various RAVs of the canton of Zurich, we are looking for competent and advisory support immediately or by arrangement.

This is what you can achieve:

• support job seekers in their positioning and reintegration into the labor market and actively mediate them
• ensure a quick start for people with different professional backgrounds and implement legal requirements in a results-oriented manner
• collaboration between the RAV and their partner institutions (e.g., job placement center, unemployment insurance funds, career counseling, social welfare, etc.)
• ensure exchange and cooperation with other RAVs in the canton
• build and maintain sustainable networks with Zurich employers, convincing them with the quality of your services

This is what you bring:

• 3-year vocational training and at least 8 years of work experience in a service-oriented function in the areas of placement, sales, personnel management, or HR
• performance-driven and results-oriented personality with a good amount of life experience
• high willingness to learn and federally recognized further education (specialist certificate level, CAS or similar)
• administratively experienced, independent and organized way of working
• excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• good knowledge of the Swiss labor market
