Tasks
- Lead and develop the organizational and personnel aspects of the department.
- Implement compensation management and maintain the personnel plan in SAP.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and manage HR data as SAP HCM Product Owner.
Skills
- Master's degree in business administration or equivalent required.

- Implement compensation management, maintain the staffing plan in SAP, and keep HR directives up to date.
- Be responsible for staffing planning, personnel cost budgeting and controlling, and regularly provide reports.
- Ensure the correct and timely processing of payroll including the settlement of all social insurances, SUVA, etc.
- As Product Owner SAP HCM, take professional responsibility for all HR data and drive the digital development of the department.
