Welcoming and attending to guests at the highest 5-star level, including advising and issuing ski and outdoor equipment
Provision, issuance, and organization of all sports and winter equipment as well as maintaining the ski storage areas
Organization of ski services in cooperation with partners, issuing ski passes, ski shuttle, and other transport services
Processing reservation requests, maintaining lists and documentation, and adhering to internal hotel standards and quality guidelines
Your profile
Passion for winter sports and enjoyment in providing first-class service to demanding guests
Experience in leading or supporting a team, including motivating and training employees
Flexibility, initiative, resilience, and a keen eye for detail
Experience in administration and confident handling of MS Office
