Your Craft
- The overall responsibility for your portfolio, consisting of properties of Frutiger AG and the Frutiger Pension Fund, forms the core of your versatile daily work.
- Your tasks range from selecting new tenants to creating rental contracts to processing contract changes and terminations.
- You ensure a smooth process during inspections and handovers of the properties.
- With your focus on the needs and satisfaction of our prospects and tenants, you contribute decisively to our success.
- Together with our internal real estate accounting, you ensure that the economic objectives of the properties are safely achieved.
Your Foundation
- You have experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility and bring the corresponding expertise.
- For this position, you have completed the further education "Property Manager with Federal Diploma of Higher Education".
- Thanks to your good language skills in German and French, you always find the right words when communicating with our tenants in Western Switzerland.
- To be flexible on the move, you have a category B driving license and your own vehicle.
