Your Tasks
- You enjoy active telephone contact with patients, referring doctors, general practitioners, insurance companies, and internal/external parties.
- You support the medical team in administrative and organizational matters.
- You take on various secretarial tasks as well as the dispatch of reports and images. Ensuring an optimal process and the professional organization in the radiology secretariat.
- Taking over responsibilities in the absence of colleagues.
Your Profile
- You must have completed training as a medical secretary with prior medical training (e.g., MPA, FAGE) and have several years (at least 3 years) of professional experience, ideally in a hospital or practice.
- Solid knowledge of terminology, confident in the German language, good user knowledge of MS Office programs (M365 knowledge desirable).
- Empathetic, service-oriented, and resilient team player.
- Quick comprehension, high resilience, and flexibility (e.g., deployment during vacation cover).
- Efficient, independent, and precise working style and a friendly and courteous personality.
This position is initially temporary until January 31, 2026, with a 40% workload. After that, there is the possibility to convert this into a permanent position with a workload of 60%.
