Polyclinic, emergencies, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. In view of an upcoming retirement, we are looking for Morges Hospital a:
ICU in anesthesia and recovery room (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU POSSESS
- A degree in nursing HES or equivalent, with specialization in anesthesia (recognized CRS) as well as solid experience in anesthesia in a hospital context.
- Experience in team management and project management or the desire to invest in this type of activity.
- A strong collaborative spirit combined with dynamism and the ability to be a driving force in development projects.
- Rigor and excellent priority management allowing you to cope with a constantly evolving activity.
- Assertive leadership, proactive posture, and the ability to unite a team around common goals linked to the institutional strategy.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Coordinate all activities of the anesthesia service, the SMUR, and the recovery room, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
- Supervise specialized nursing teams in anesthesia, ensuring close management based on trust, listening, and skill development.
- Collaborate daily with anesthetists, surgeons, and operating room managers to ensure smooth and secure patient care.
- Plan and optimize human and material resources of the service, taking into account operational needs and clinical priorities.
- Develop professional practices in line with recommendations and innovations in the field of anesthesia.
- Participate in risk management, monitoring quality indicators, and implementing continuous improvement processes.
