Responsibilities
- Leading the project resources assigned to him/her and monitoring their efficient use
- Developing solution proposals and assisting with concepts for the construction manager
- Supporting the development of detailed solutions and representation in CAD
- Supervising subcontractors on the construction site
- Ordering materials in coordination with the construction manager
- Reporting deviations to the construction manager
- Ensuring professional execution of work on the construction site
- Ensuring task-related work preparation
- Proactive coordination with internal and external parties
- Participating in construction meetings in consultation with the construction manager
- Creating time reports
- Creating measurements
- Ensuring implementation of safety regulations and rules
- Implementing environmental protection requirements
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter with EFZ, foreman or forewoman, or foreman training
- Several years of professional experience as a carpenter, foreman, or forewoman
- Experience in the execution of timber construction projects
- Experience in dealing with clients
- Knowledge of CAD planning
- Good communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership experience
