Gardening - Horticulture - Floristry | Kriens | 80% | from 01.02.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Collaboration in all floristry areas and support in the varied daily business (six-day week)
- Independent implementation of floristry projects and appealing product presentation
- Consultation and support of our customers for a special shopping experience
- Taking on deputy tasks in store management as well as participation in vocational training and active support of the team
- Sales support in the seasonal plant range
Your profile
- Completed training as a florist EFZ with professional experience
- Strong creativity combined with a confident organizational sense
- Team-oriented, resilient and open personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment in promoting and mentoring apprentices
- Confident communication as well as a friendly and professional appearance
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
- Driver's license category B
