Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of a team of 3–4 employees
- Development and implementation of the strategy for the project business in Switzerland
- Establishment of efficient project processes including quotation management, implementation, and follow-up
- Control and support of projects from acquisition to handover, responsibility for sales, margin, and project success
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, planners, architects, etc.
- Close cooperation with sales, technical department, internal service, and external partners
- Ensuring quality, budget compliance, and deadlines in the project business
Your profile
- Technical or business education (e.g. HF/FH)
- Good experience in project business, ideally in the construction/technical environment
- Leadership experience (also as a project manager with leadership responsibility)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and customer orientation
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and negotiation skills
- Very good German skills, French or English advantageous
