Purchaser 80%
Your Challenge
- Ensuring demand-oriented material supply (medical consumables and household items)
- Operational purchasing with ERP OPALE (order triggering, inventory monitoring, disposition, invoice processing)
- Evaluation of alternative products in case of delivery bottlenecks
- Processing of supplier returns
- Participation in evaluations, offer comparisons, and procurement of consumables and investments
- Maintenance and modification of article, supplier, and internal master data
- Participation in product changes, organization, and evaluation of article tests
- Optimization of purchasing and logistics processes as well as quality assurance
- Participation in materiovigilance reports (processing of internal quality reports and communication with suppliers)
- Participation in inventory, stock clearance, and purchasing controlling
Your Profile
- Commercial or nursing education with further training in purchasing, e.g., purchasing clerk
- Experience in operational purchasing, as well as knowledge in accounting and healthcare is an advantage
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, ERP)
- Confident and poised, even in critical situations
