Your Tasks

Planning and execution of projects in office, commercial, and industrial buildings

Managing projects from concept to handover to the client

Creating calculations and offers

Technical planning using CAD including material extraction and procurement

Site organization (assembly and commissioning)

Controlling ongoing projects (qualitatively and financially)

Participation in order, construction, and coordination meetings

Your Profile

Completed technical training, preferably in building technology

Thermodynamic understanding is an advantage

Good user knowledge of MS Office, CAD, and ideally an ERP system

Reliable, flexible personality with a passion for holistic project management

Independent, precise working style
