Extensive experience in chocolate processing required.

What you will do with us

Create and produce chocolate products for sale
First-class sales advice for our local and international customers
Fulfill special customer requests
Merchandising at the Maître counter including freshness checks
Cash register support, as well as ordering and inventory management
Ensure compliance with all HACCP requirements

When you fit with us

Completed vocational training as a pastry chef/confectioner, baker/pastry chef, or training in a food-related field
Solid professional experience in processing chocolate
Strong passion for premium chocolate and great attention to detail
Flexible in terms of time and willing to take on shifts on weekends
Very good German skills and good spoken English skills
Well-groomed appearance, cheerful and communicative nature
Friendly and proactive personality that easily connects with people
