Our Clinic for Sleep Medicine (KSM) in Lucerne is a specialized facility for the interdisciplinary care of patients with sleep disorders. Our goal: sustainable help for restful sleep and improved quality of life. With a wide range of treatments and our multiprofessional team, we offer evidence-based medicine at the highest level and care for our patients on an outpatient and online basis.

Your tasks

• Sleep examinations: Perform computer-assisted sleep examinations such as polysomnography, MSLT, MWT, polygraphy, pulse oximetry, actimetry, etc., and evaluate them using scoring systems
• Leadership: You lead the team of 5 employees both personally and professionally and plan the deployment
• Diagnostics and treatment: Apply CPAP therapy including individual device settings and perform neurophysiological examinations
• Instruction: Support our outpatient patients in the delivery of various devices
• Organization: Manage and organize the laboratory and related tasks, and you are also responsible for material ordering and on-site billing
• Further development: Support the development of our sleep laboratory with your expertise and ideas

Your profile

• Education: Completed medical training (HF nursing specialist, MPA, FaGe), certificate for neurophysiological diagnostics (FND) is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
• License: Valid professional practice license (BAB) available
• Experience: You bring several years of experience in a leadership role
• Personality: You are characterized by teamwork, flexibility, and an independent working style. In addition, you are willing to work reliably and committed in a 3-shift operation including night shifts.
• Skills: Solid IT user skills and interest in handling medical technology
• Language: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
