Specialist and Group Leader: Catering
Gastronomy | Sursee | 90% - 100% | from 01.03.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Main responsibility for daily business
- Deputy to the Head of Gastronomy
- Host at a high level
- Leadership and planning of specialists and employees with a disability
- Preparation of offers, confirmations and billing
- Management of events and special occasions
- Responsibility for compliance with safety and hygiene regulations including training
- Procurement and storage of food and non-food items
- Control of creditor invoices and preparation of the monthly closing
- Working hours mainly Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Your profile
- Completed training as a catering area manager with a professional certificate or as a catering specialist EFZ with several years of professional and leadership experience
- Experience and/or appropriate further training in vocational education
- Training or experience in working with people with disabilities is an advantage
- Team-oriented, resilient, independent and conscientious personality with a high organizational flair
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient in common MS Office programs and Microsoft Teams
