The Center Management Glatt takes care of the most successful shopping center in Switzerland with great passion and on behalf of the owner. With a small, efficient team, we ensure all services in the areas of center management and marketing as well as technical, infrastructural, and commercial building management around this property. Our customers are at the center with the goal of offering our over 9 million annual visitors a relaxed, varied, and unique shopping experience.
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our external and internal customers of the Glattzentrum
- You are responsible for the sale of our Glatt gift vouchers and the associated cash register accounting
- You operate our telephone switchboard and ensure the correct and speedy handling of lost property
- You receive customer feedback appropriately and respond to questions or forward them to the appropriate department
- You take responsibility for the administrative tasks at the info desk and gladly contribute creative improvement suggestions
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, training in retail, or hotel management school
- You have commercial experience, professional experience in retail or hospitality
- You bring a high willingness and flexibility for different work assignments (early, middle, and late shifts as well as Saturday and Sunday shifts) and are open to short-term assignments in case of team member absences
- You have high physical and mental resilience
- You have very good German and good English skills
- You are customer-oriented, maintain a cooperative approach, and have good PC skills
- You think and act entrepreneurially, have pleasant manners, and a neat appearance
