• You integrate sustainable construction and operational standards taking into account ecological, economic, and social aspects.
• You plan and manage all phases of the building lifecycle – from planning to decommissioning – focusing on sustainable use and maintenance.
• You supervise construction work, ensure standards, and coordinate all parties involved.
• You optimize operating costs to ensure long-term efficiency and incorporate construction, safety, and operator requirements into the projects.
• With your PbFM approach, you ensure quality, deadlines, and costs.
• You promote collaboration in planning and management committees.

• Training in facility management with a focus on construction-accompanying FM
• Knowledge of sustainable building as well as SIA/GEFMA guidelines
• Experience in planning and implementing construction projects
• Solid knowledge in project management
• Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
• Confident handling of digital media, CAD, and CAFM systems
• Valid category B driving license
