- Training in facility management with a focus on construction-accompanying FM
- Knowledge of sustainable building as well as SIA/GEFMA guidelines
- Experience in planning and implementing construction projects
- Solid knowledge in project management
- Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
- Confident handling of digital media, CAD, and CAFM systems
- Valid category B driving license
