Head of Financial Accounting 80-100% (a)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the proper management of the general and subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and payroll accounting)
• Balance reconciliations as preparation for the financial statements as well as preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP
• Intercompany (IC) reconciliation with group companies
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of management reporting and presentations
• Coordination of the planning and budgeting process
• Contact person for internal audits
• Analysis, optimisation and management of processes/projects in accounting (digitalisation)
• Maintenance and further development of financial and reporting processes and their automation
• Interface maintenance between CRM (Salesforce) and ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics BC)

You bring with you:

• Completed further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or ongoing training in this field
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 – 5 years) in financial accounting or fiduciary services
• Sound knowledge of the general ledger as well as in preparing closing entries
• IT affinity, solid Office user skills
• Interest in actively shaping financial processes
• Extremely reliable and independent working style
• Discreet and trustworthy personality
