• Care of all hotel guests 
• Welcoming arrivals directly at the entrance using the iPad screen
• Welcoming restaurant guests and accompanying them with handover to the Chef de Service
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling general correspondence and its proper filing
• Concierge services – guest care – information service
• Telephone service
• Invoice control (splitting) of departures
• Completing daily closings
• Preparing booking journals and cash reports
• Posting outlet accounts (waiters, Solbad, Vitalita)
• Managing and administering own cash register
• Arrival control and arrival preparations
• Handling complaints and forwarding to the supervisor
• Co-responsibility for keeping the reception and back office clean
• Transparent information policy
• Function as an internal service provider for other departments
• Support in training receptionists
• Support in accounts receivable management
• Support in controlling daily closings

You have

• a completed vocational training in the hotel industry
• joy in dealing with demanding and international individual guests
• you love personal contact with guests and have a flair for the small details of courteous guest care
• professional experience and/or the motivation to gain it with us
• fluent German skills and very good language skills in French and English
