Your responsibilities
- Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment.
- Participate in preliminary food preparation operations (peeling, cutting, plating).
- Assist cooks in setting up and sending out dishes and restock workstations with products and ingredients.
- Ensure the cleanliness of premises and equipment while respecting current protocols.
- Participate in sorting and waste disposal.
- Apply safety and hygiene standards in collective catering.
Your profile
- Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in dishwashing and kitchen assistance, ideally in collective or corporate catering.
- Mandatory AFP Cuisine
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP standards).
- Mastery of cleaning and maintenance techniques for kitchen equipment.
- Ability to perform basic culinary preparations and assist the kitchen team.
- Be flexible with working hours and days during the week
- Native French speaker
