Job Description
As our Front Office employee (m/f/d),
You are the "face of the hotel," warmly welcoming our guests, focusing on their well-being, and giving their stay your personal touch.
You are responsible for all matters of guest reception up to guest departure. You work early, late, and weekend shifts and support the reception crew in their daily work: reception, care, billing, customer loyalty program as well as check-in and check-outs.
You take over the representation of the night watch in the absence of the regular staff.
Additionally, you are co-responsible for cash, daily, and monthly closings and handle reservation acceptances. You also assist the hotel bar to support the service team.
You are a passionate person dedicated to the continuous improvement of the quality of hotel services.
To help you manage your tasks and support your success, you will be trained in all hotel-related functions.
Qualifications
You are:
flexible, committed, and work independently? You have completed vocational training or have gained initial professional experience after your training? You are familiar with the Opera Cloud system; communication with our international guests is no problem for you thanks to your German and English language skills, then apply with us and become part of our young team.
