Business Analyst Finance & Purchasing (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Creation of business cases, requirement documents, and decision templates
- Analysis and documentation of existing processes
- Design and implementation of solutions for process improvement in collaboration with specialist departments, IT, and external partners
- Realization of process optimization and digitization potentials, among others using the Lean Management philosophy
- Support in the introduction of new systems and tools (e.g., purchasing suite, Power BI, treasury system)
- Development of monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs for success control
- Conducting workshops and training for users
Your Qualities
- Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience as a business analyst, ideally in finance and/or purchasing
- Solid knowledge in process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and BI tools is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured working method, and high initiative
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- Collegial and supportive working behavior
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
