Who are we actually?
Finovo is the leading partner for mortgage company management for pension funds, insurance companies, and investment foundations in Switzerland, enabling institutional investors to invest directly in mortgages.
As a growing company, we are a wholly owned subsidiary of MoneyPark AG, a company of Helvetia, and currently manage a mortgage loan volume of approximately six billion Swiss francs.

Your tasks:

• You take full responsibility for a loan – from receiving the signed contract to disbursing the loan – including handling any reservations before/after disbursement.
• You ensure that the creation and modification of mortgage notes as well as pledges of additional collateral are carried out in compliance with regulations for our institutional mortgage clients.
• You accompany all phases and events throughout the entire term of the mortgage loan: invoice collections, customer inquiries, repayments.
• You play a key role in the collaboration between banks, institutions, and internal and external advisors to ensure smooth and efficient cooperation.
• You actively contribute to the further development of Finovo by participating in internal projects.

You bring:

• You are interested in the mortgage sector and ideally already have some professional experience.
• You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification with a financial focus (Profile E).
• You work independently, with high accuracy, are organized, quality-conscious, and customer-oriented.
• Your German is excellent, additional languages are an advantage.
• You have a genuine interest in finance, are motivated to learn, want to actively contribute in a dynamic corporate environment, and take on responsibility.
