Project Manager Painting (m/f/d) Zurich

Tasks

• Leading the painting team
• Organizing and preparing work for construction sites
• Measurement work, quotation management, compiling construction site files
• Billing of construction sites
• Quality control on construction sites and monitoring deadlines
• Customer consulting for demanding clients

Requirements

• Training as a painter, foreman, site manager, supervisor, or master painter
• Solid professional experience & project management in the painting sector
• Good German language skills in speaking and good writing skills
• Driver's license category B
• Flexible and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Solid and comprehensive knowledge in measurement and quotation preparation
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate employees
• Ideal age between 30 – 50 years
