Welcome Isabelle and advise her on her daily banking operations, advise Mehdi on the services available to facilitate his payments, or assist Sarah in opening a youth savings account for her son… On a daily basis, you welcome, guide and advise customers as best as possible to meet their needs and simplify their banking experience.

You join a warm, supportive team and your manager will guide you throughout your journey to develop a high level of expertise recognized among our advisors

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

·       Providing a warm and professional welcome to customers 

·       Helping customers manage their everyday banking operations and developing their autonomy by promoting digital tools to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

·       Offering advice by recommending products and services tailored to each customer's needs (savings accounts, cards, remote banking…), which will allow you to gradually build a portfolio of individual clients

·       Analyzing your clients' financial situation and the risks associated with the operations and investments you propose

·       Participating in promotional campaigns and taking on commercial challenges

•       You know how to convince and show pedagogy towards your clients

You hold a Bac+3 degree in banking, finance, or commerce.
Your first professional experiences have revealed your taste for customer relations and you wish to develop your commercial sense.
