In this role, you work in top-level service and actively shape the guest experience
- Be a host and confidently guide international guests through Sven Wassmer's 3-star world
- Take responsibility for your own station and coordinate service processes
- Ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen
- Present creations stylishly, precisely, and expertly
- Actively participate in the team and continuously develop in everyday service
Your Profile
For this task, you bring a solid foundation and a clear service attitude
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy
- Experience in upscale service, ideally in Michelin-starred gastronomy
- Very good product knowledge and a confident appearance
- Structured and efficient working style with a pronounced attention to detail
- Communicative and reliable personality with team orientation
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
