• Responsible for the construction sites in collaboration with the site managers
• On-site responsibility for the timely and professional execution of the work
• Professional leadership of the construction site personnel and responsible for their deployment planning on site
• Responsible for occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection on the construction site
• Reporting

• Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as a foreman/forewoman
• Proven professional experience as a foreman/forewoman
• Committed, conscientious, and engaging personality
• Strong flexibility and team player
• Ability to motivate and inspire people
• Knowledge of common construction software
