Your tasks
You supply all departments of the Lindenhof Group with medications and manage the inventory of the hospital and ward pharmacies.
- For this, you compile medication orders for the departments as well as patient discharges, check incoming goods, returns, expiration dates, and narcotics
- You execute supplier orders and process supplier invoices
- You competently answer questions from our doctors and nursing staff regarding the medication assortment and assist in ensuring process-oriented workflows
- Finally, you take over the medication management on the wards
Work according to agreement and available capacity is possible in the following areas:
- Medication histories at hospital admissions
- Validation and provision of discharge medications at the Lindenhof site
- Preparing medications for our patients
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Pharma Assistant and preferably have professional experience in a hospital pharmacy
- You enjoy practicing your profession and value conscientious and quality-conscious work
- Your good communication skills enable you to provide competent and goal-oriented advice to our customers
- Good IT skills (MS Office, BC, KISIM advantageous) complete your profile
