Maintenance and further development of the advertising offer in the assigned area, in collaboration with the sales department
Preparation of offers and contracts for our partners
Management of assembly and disassembly orders
Correspondence and telephone contacts with our partners
Registration of contracts and advertising surfaces in the company's ERP system and ensuring timely invoicing
Translations and drafting of texts in Italian and German
Preparation of reports and analyses
Support in tender projects and in the preparation of presentations
Support and participation in internal and interregional projects

Complete commercial training and many years of professional experience in administration or backoffice
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and good technical and digital affinity
Excellent written and spoken command of the German language (level C1) and good knowledge of Italian
High level of commitment, reliability and sense of responsibility;
Strong organizational skills and ability to optimize processes and tools
Teamwork attitude and cross-functional collaboration
