About the job

• You lead smaller and larger projects focusing on digital transformation in various areas of psychiatry.
• In this role, you analyze and optimize existing processes, implement quick wins, and drive digitalization in both administrative and clinical areas.
• You share responsibility for the further development of digital skills across all professional groups within psychiatry.
• As an interface between business and ICT, you understand requirements, translate them into appropriate ICT solutions, and create measurable added value.
• You actively shape the future of the digital workplace – from strategic orientation to the operation of M365, collaboration, and communication services.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Digitalization/AI, or an equivalent further education.
• You bring several years of project management experience in a comparable role, ideally in the healthcare environment or in innovative transformation projects (e.g., Cloud/M365, AI, automation).
• You have a strong understanding of data, processes, and IT contexts and act as a central contact point for business and process requirements with an end-to-end view of impact and benefits.
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with corporate development, ICT, and professional representatives and actively share your knowledge.
• Authenticity, communication skills, structured and analytical work, as well as personal responsibility characterize you and enable you to implement projects convincingly and consistently.
