What you can achieve
- Setup, operation, and continuous optimization of the clinical data platform in close collaboration with data modeling, stream-aligned teams, specialist departments, and infrastructure
- Participation in the Agile Release Train "ART Clinical Portfolio" (SAFe) - attending PI planning, system demos
- Automation of deployments, monitoring, and operations (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
- Ensuring stability, performance, and security of the platform
- Support in integration projects with clinical and administrative applications (HL7, FHIR, openEHR, interfaces)
- Close collaboration with clinical users, IT specialists, and external partners
- Documentation of system architecture, operational concepts, and processes
- Incident and change management within IT operations
What you bring with you
- Education in computer science (computer scientist), higher education in computer science (ETH / University / FH / HF)
- Experience in DevOps, system operations, or platform engineering
- Knowledge of container technologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of networks, security, and monitoring
- Practical experience in software development/programming as well as knowledge of at least one common programming language (e.g., Java or C#)
- Good database knowledge (Oracle / MS SQL) is an advantage
- Experience in integration (e.g., HL7, openEHR, FHIR, messaging systems)
- Knowledge and experience in the medical environment (KIS, clinical workflows)
