About the job
The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Schönenbüel residential home in Teufen for a:
Care and Support Specialist (80%)
What awaits you:
- Accompaniment, promotion, and care of adults with behavioral issues, intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key worker system
- Preparation of written documentation
- Participation in the household of the residential group
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
What you bring:
- Completed training preferably in the field of disability care, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing, or in the nursing field
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
