- As the main contact person for our clients, you place their satisfaction at the heart of your actions. You respond personally to their needs and regularly keep them informed by phone about decisions regarding their files
- You handle complex cases related to daily allowances in case of loss of earnings due to illness. You make appropriate strategic decisions and manage these cases proactively
- You support insured persons in illness throughout their recovery process, mobilizing the necessary specialists and partners
- Your curiosity and innovative spirit allow you to actively contribute to improving your work environment

Your skills and talents
- You hold a commercial or equivalent qualification (preferably in the insurance sector)
- Experience in the field of daily sickness benefits and/or medical knowledge would be assets
- Native French speaker (or equivalent), ideally with good knowledge of German
- You are energetic, have a positive mindset, and good communication skills
- With an independent personality, you know how to make decisions with an entrepreneurial spirit and rigorous working methods
- You demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments and remain calm under high pressure
