The substitute year is a groundbreaking step in your career. We support and promote you during this time.

During your internship, you will work as a full-fledged team member in our law firm, gain insight into various areas of expertise, and participate in challenging mandates. Thanks to our substitute pool system, it is ensured that you can gather legal experiences in very different fields of law and acquire a lot of new knowledge in daily collaboration with our experienced lawyers, which will optimally prepare you for the bar exam.

At Bratschi, we maintain cross-location exchange. In addition to the regular meetings of our Practice and Industry Groups, our lawyer events and various employee parties offer the opportunity to build personal contacts and expand your network.

We also offer you an attractive workplace with state-of-the-art infrastructure in our premises on Bahnhofstrasse in the heart of Zurich (near the main train station).
