Lawyer at 50%
Your mission
• Work in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department for all questions related to labor law, applicable collective labor agreements, and situations requiring legal analysis or drafting
• Participate in public procurement procedures, notably for the preparation and review of legal documents
• Draft, analyze, and adapt contracts, agreements, institutional directives, or any other document requiring legal framing, on behalf of the members of the Management
• Collaborate, when necessary, in managing patient complaints by providing legal analysis and editorial support
• Contribute to work related to data protection
• Provide targeted legal advice and proposals adapted to the needs of the Management
Your assets
• You hold a Master’s degree in law, ideally complemented by a lawyer’s certificate or confirmed experience as a lawyer
• You master the fields of Swiss labor law, contract law, and collective labor agreements
• You have essential knowledge of patient law and data protection
• You demonstrate autonomy, excellent writing skills, and sharp analytical ability
