We are looking for a
Business Controller (m/f/d) (80–100%)
Your area of responsibility
- You support the regional managers in business and financial matters and ensure a sound basis for decision-making
- You analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, identify deviations, and derive optimization measures
- You actively participate in the forecast and budget process – from data preparation to document preparation to independently managing individual process steps (e.g., creating budget templates for all operations)
- You create reports and ad-hoc analyses, including monthly reporting for your portfolio as well as reporting to the group
- You support the sales team in budget preparation and ensure that figures and assumptions are realistic and comprehensible
- You actively contribute to projects for process optimization and system development
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration (FH/University) or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in controlling or accounting
- You bring several years of practical experience in a comparable controlling function, ideally in a dynamic environment
- You have excellent Excel skills; experience with SAP and BI tools is an advantage
- You work analytically, structured, and proactively and think in solutions rather than problems
- You convince through communication skills, consulting competence, and a good understanding of operational contexts
- You speak German at a native level and have very good English skills
