Your tasks
- Taking over the general secretarial tasks of the audit office (e.g. processing of dunning procedures)
- Monitoring pending items from the audited audits
- Checking asset transactions as well as reports, invoices and inventories of the trustees
- Assessing investments
- Drafting decisions for the attention of the case management
Your profile
- Completed bachelor's degree (or close to completion) in business, business law or law
- First knowledge in accounting and/or social security is an advantage
- Interest in working in a KESB and competence in dealing with people in difficult life situations
- Precise and independent working style with good analytical skills
- Resilient, assertive, loyal and honest personality
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good oral and written communication skills as well as good IT user skills
