Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager for Industrialization specialized in machining means to join our team in Switzerland.

🔥 Your responsibilities:

As a Project Manager for Industrialization and Investment, you will lead the planning and implementation of strategic engineering projects. Your main tasks will include:

Designing and coordinating industrialization projects while respecting quality standards and deadlines.
Managing investments related to optimizing production processes and the supply chain.
Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful integration of new installations.
Developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring the economic efficiency of projects.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all phases of the projects.
Supervising and motivating project teams, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

🎯 Your profile:

Holder of an engineering degree, you have proven experience in managing industrialization and investment projects of at least 5 years.
You have in-depth knowledge of engineering processes and industry standards.
You have excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
You have a demonstrated ability to work in a demanding environment.
